Michigan football catches big break for 2020 season

After their embarrassing loss to Ohio State this past weekend, Michigan fans are already talking about the future, specifically the 2020 season.

Well, the Wolverines just caught a break in terms of their opening game of the season.

Michigan is scheduled to play at Washington in Week 1 and the Huskies will be without head coach Chris Petersen, as he announced on Monday that he is stepping down following their upcoming bowl game.

Petersen is widely regarded as one of the top head coaches in the nation so this is a big loss for Washington and a big break for Michigan.
