If you are a University of Michigan fan and were not already a fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, you are about to become one after watching the video that follows.

Back in 2017, the Red Hot Chili Peppers were in Columbus, Ohio performing when drummer Chad Smith did something that irritated the hell out of the Ohio State fans in attendance. Watch as Smith epically trolls the Columbus crowd by singing the Michigan fight song, “The Victors” during the concert.

Smith, who has Michigan ties as he grew up in Bloomfield Hills, is a big UM fan and even had the Michigan logo on his drum set for the performance.

What makes this even better is that this was not a one-time deal for Smith as he also took the opportunity to troll Ohio State back in 2012.

Here is an excerpt from ESPN.com of Smith explaining his allegiance to Michigan after his first troll job.

One thing is for certain, there is nothing wrong with taking a shot at Ohio State!
