Detroit Tigers sign RHP Alex Wilson

According to the Detroit Tigers, they have agreed to terms on a Minor League contract for the 2020 season with RHP Alex Wilson. As noted, Wilson will receive an invite to the Tigers Major League Spring Training. In 2019, Wilson pitched in 13 games with the Milwaukee Brewers, posting a 9.53 ERA.
