On Saturday, the four Heisman Trophy finalists, including Michigan DE Aidan Hutchinson and Pittsburgh QB Kenny Pickett joined ESPN's College GameDay crew in advance of tonight's ceremony.
During the conversation, Pickett's fake slide came up and Hutchinson shared his thoughts, saying he too would have slowed up a bit QB faked a slide and that he is “glad Kenny did that so now it's out the game.”
Here is the exchange in which Pickett says he absolutely faked the slide on purpose when he realized he had room to run.
