BREAKING: Chase Winovich to return to Michigan

DE Chase Winovich has made the decision to return to the Michigan football program, forgoing the opportunity to enter the NFL draft this year.

In his tweet he said,

“Those who stay will be champions” After much deliberation, I have decided to forego the NFL and come back to Michigan for one last season. It’s my absolute honor to represent this university for one more season after everything it has done for me. Time to work.”

There’s no doubt that his return means well for the Michigan defense, a defense that was one of the best in college football this past season. Winovich will be entering his final season in the Maize and Blue, and for fans clamoring for a better season, his return will get things off to a great start.

This is the time of year when many people do their best to put their differences aside and just let the holiday spirit consume them. That’s exactly what happened when the University of Michigan tweeted out a photo of the “Big House” covered in snow with the message, “‘Twas the night before Christmas…”

But what happened next was absolutely amazing.

Indiana University replied, “…when all through the Hall.” Then Montana Stategot in on the action, then Maryland, then Austin Peay and so on and so forth until the entire poem was completed.
