The NCAA Hockey Tournament field has officially been announced, and while neither Michigan State nor Michigan are dancing this year, we still have two Michigan-based teams that are battling to play for a shot at the Frozen Four.
The Western Michigan Broncos and Michigan Tech Huskies earned NCAA Tournament berths when the official bracket was announced. Western Michigan will be the #2 seed in the Providence region and will take on Air Force, while Michigan Tech heads to Cincinnati and will try to upset top seeded Denver.
