It has been a rough couple of seasons for Michigan State head football coach Mark Dantonio and the whispers about him leaving the program have begun to get louder and louder. In fact, many Spartan faithful are demanding he either resign or be fired.

On Saturday, Dantonio’s Spartans were embarrassed 44-10 against their biggest rival, the University of Michigan.
Dantonio is known for focusing on the present, but on Tuesday, he was asked by a media member if he plans to be coaching at Michigan State in 2020.
‘Yes,” Dantonio responded.
I asked Dantonio if he plans to be coach against Northwestern in the first game of 2020: "Yes."

“My intentions are there. Absolutely,” Dantonio said Tuesday. My father always taught me to complete circles, and that’s what I’m trying to do.”
Dantonio put on a shirt to go to bed last night, realized it had a Rose Bowl insignia. Reminded him there has been a lot of success here and there can again with him as the head coach.
