MUST SEE: Lions rookie CB Jamal Agnew takes punt back for TD during mock game

The Detroit Lions may have spent a 2nd Round pick on Teez Tabor, a cornerback out of Florida, but he may not be the CB fans cannot get enough of as the 2017 season rolls along.

That’s right Lions Nation, the rookie cornerback who continues to impress in training camp is Jamal Agnew. As a 5th Round selection, most would assume that Agnew’s real chance to make the 53-man roster is if he can prove unexpendable on special teams.

Well, if that is indeed true, the 5-10, 185 lb speedster out of San Diego is certainly making his case early and often in Lions camp.

Agnew’s latest head-turning moment came on Saturday during the Lions mock game at Ford Field. Watch as he takes a punt back 82 yards for a touchdown.

Though tackling was not allowed during the scrimmage, you can clearly see that Agnew certainly seems to have the “IT” factor when it comes to returning punts.
