Michigan received a big commitment during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl today. During the showcase of the best high school talent in the country, Chuck Filiaga announced he’ll be attending college at the University of Michigan, who beat out late charges from Nebraska and Oklahoma for his services.
Filiaga is the 14th ranked offensive tackle in this year’s class and the 98th ranked prospect overall. The 6’6″ 335 pound senior from Aledo, Texas looks ready to come in and compete for playing time early. He has great technique at this stage and will be given an opportunity to do just that at Michigan, who graduates much of their offensive line.
