Though Patterson may not know if he will be able to take the field for the Wolverines this fall, it looks as if he may already know what number he will be wearing during his time at Michigan.

On Tuesday, Patterson posted the following photos to his Snapchat account showing a No. 2 jersey. In addition, Patterson changed his Twitter avatar to a drawing up him in the No. 2 Wolverines road uniform.

Patterson, who is the former No. 1 prep quarterback in the nation, originally attended Ole Miss but decided to transfer to Michigan after the Rebels were hit with additional NCAA sanctions, including an extra bowl ban season.

Many believe that if Patterson is granted immediate eligibility that he will end up being the Wolverines starting quarterback for the 2018 campaign.

He now will have the luxurious problem of choosing between two championship caliber quarterbacks with the Crimson Tide. Michigan, on the other hand, has many more offensive challenging problems than that.
