On Saturday night, the Detroit Lions shot themselves in the foot time and time again against the Seattle Seahawks by dropping the football.
The Lions had big drops in each of their first two series of the game, including a big drop by TE Eric Ebron on third down. Following the play, Lions legend Barry Sanders hopped on Twitter to express his frustrations.
We can't have drops like this… receivers have to help matt out @Lions

That tweet was posted in the first quarter by Sanders and it did not end there as the drops continued for the Lions.
The drops are killing us… come on guys… @Lions

Barry is 100% on the money as dropped passes have plagued the Detroit Lions all season long with four players ranked towards the top of the NFL in dropped passes, including Ebron tied for No. 3 with seven drops in the regular season.
