On Monday night, a rumor surfaced that Providence head coach Ed Cooley was ready to accept an offer to become the next head basketball coach at Michigan.
Apparently, that rumor has been blown out of the water as Providence just tweeted out a photo of Cooley that simply says, “Staying Home.”

According to reports, Michigan AD Warde Manuel interviewed Cooley on Monday and is interviewing Juwan Howard today.
