Depending on when you read this, we are either a few hours away from the NHL Seattle franchise revealing their nickname, or the nickname has been revealed and this piece may be completely irrelevant.
That being said, the NHL Seattle franchise will officially reveal their nickname at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, and my prediction (along with many fans) is that they will go with Sockeye or Sockeyes (both plural forms work).
So, if they do go with Sockeye or Sockeyes, what might their logo and jersey look like?
