Two preseason games are in the books and the Detroit Lions currently sit at 0-2.
Up next for the Lions will be the Indianapolis Colts in their third and final preseason game of the year.
But prior to the game, the Lions will have to cut their roster down from 85 down to 80. In fact, those roster cuts must be done by Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET.
These will be the final preseason cuts the Lions will be required to make before having to cut 27 additional players to get down to 53 for the regular season.
The NFL’s final roster cut deadline will occur at 4 p.m. ET on August 31.
