Detroit Pistons fans may have a chance to see rookie Sekou Doumbouya in his first official NBA action.
They’ve recalled their first round draft selection ahead of this afternoon’s matchup with the San Antonio Spurs.
The Detroit Pistons have recalled rookie forward Sekou Doumbouya from the @grdrive of the NBA G League. Doumbouya is averaging 16.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 11 games with the Drive this season.

He’s primarily played this year with the G League’s Grand Rapids Drive. The 15th overall pick is averaging 16.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 11 games this season.
