On Sunday, wide receiver Kenny Golladay was forced to sit out the entire second half of the Detroit Lions 41-21 loss to the Indianapolis Colts after he suffered a hip injury late in the 2nd quarter.
Now, according to reports, Golladay is expected to miss this week’s game vs the Minnesota Vikings and he will be considered week-to-week moving forward. Ian Rapoport added that given the rules this year, Golladay could end up on IR, which would mean he would miss the next three games.
Given the Injured Reserve rules this year, Kenny Golladay is a candidate to land on IR, which would knock him out three games. But a full determination on how many weeks he’s out has not yet been made. https://t.co/QrurmftGEd

This is a tough break for the Lions as Golladay is not only their best offensive weapon but the team needs a win in a bad way.
