During Monday night's game against the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford set a personal record in the first quarter of the game.

His yardage in the first quarter (168 yards) was the most he's ever totaled during the first quarter in his 11-year career.

With the milestone, he passed former Lions quarterback Jon Kitna, who achieved 163 yards in 2005 – coincidently, also against the Packers.
