When talking about the most underrated players in the NFL, one player that comes to mind immediately is Detroit Lions quarterback, Matthew Stafford.
There is no question about it that Stafford is one of the most physically gifted quarterbacks to ever play the game and he has the passing stats to back that up.
So, why is Stafford so underrated? The answer, according to one fan, is the Detroit Lions.
Now, anyone with a brain realizes that a QB (or any other position in sports) cannot be judged primarily on wins, yet that is the first thing that seems to come up with the Stafford haters.
Here is a video created by Matt Sponhour explaining why the Lions are to blame for Matthew Stafford being underrated.
Do you agree?
