Michigan Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh was one of the more outspoken critics of the Big Ten’s original decision to postpone the college football season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, that decision was reversed earlier this week, much to Harbaugh’s delight.

Ahead of the Big Ten announcing the schedule on Saturday morning, Harbaugh joined ESPN’s College GameDay to discuss his thoughts regarding the upcoming campaign, and needless to say, he was excited.
“Guys are excited. They want to play,” he said. Harbaugh said the day they found out games were back, they had their best practice of the fall.
“Our guys were doing the training. They were doing the working, they were doing the running, they were doing the practices, and they were hoping. That faith paid off.”
The Wolverines are set to open their schedule by visiting Minnesota on October 24.
