New England Patriots release statement regarding Cam Newton testing positive for COVID-19

The big news of the day (so far) is that New England Patriots QB Cam Newton has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.

Just moments ago, the Patriots released a statement confirming a player (Newton was not named) did test positive for the virus.
