The NFL’s new number rules are officially in place and plenty of players around the league are taking advantage.
One player taking advantage is Philadelphia Eagles CB Darius Slay, who is switching to No. 2 for the 2021 season.
Slay was No. 9 at Mississippi State before being drafted by the Detroit Lions, where he started off his career wearing No. 30 before switching to No. 23. He wore No. 24 with the Eagles in 2020. Slay wore No. 4 in high school.
