The Michigan Wolverines basketball team will get things started on Friday night when they travel to Detroit to take on Wayne State in an exhibition game. Though Wolverines’ head coach Juwan Howard may roll with his starting lineup against Wayne State, he could also decide to go in a different direction as the game does not count.
The Wolverines’ official season will begin next Wednesday when they host Buffalo and we thought it would be fun to predict what their starting lineup will look like for that game.
Here is what I believe the Wolverines starting lineup will look like for their first regular-season game.
PG – DeVante’ Jones
SG – Eli Brooks
SF – Caleb Houstan
PF – Brandon Johns Jr.
C – Hunter Dickinson
Folks, this is a very solid starting five and you can bet the Wolverines will win a lot of games if they gel together quickly.
