Jamie Collins was fined a total of $35,096 for his inexplicable head-butt of an official during their Week 1 loss to the Chicago Bears, while Oday Aboushi was fined $5,221 for unnecessary roughness of an official during the Week 2 loss to the Packers.
Collins is fortunate to have not faced harsher discipline from the NFL for making contact with an official, for which he was immediately ejected. Per Tom Pelissero, Collins plans on appealing the fine.
