After going down 22-16 following a major mistake by Falcons RB Todd Gurley, Matthew Stafford and the Lions offense was given an opportunity that they took by the horns.
Stafford led the Lions down the field before finding TE T.J. Hockenson in the end zone for the game-winning touchdown.
Following the game, the Lions celebrated in the locker room and just moments ago, a video of that celebration was tweeted out.
