On Monday, news broke that the Detroit Lions had signed free agent CB Nickell Robey-Coleman.
According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, who did a little detective work, he believes that safety D’Angelo Amos has been released to make room for Robey-Coleman.
Birkett notes the Amos is no longer on the updated Lions roster.
