With the Detroit Lions trailing the Kansas City Chiefs 20-16 late in the third quarter, rookie TE T.J. Hockenson tried to gain some extra yards by hurdling a defender.

Unfortunately, Hockenson came down hard on his shoulder and then head and remained down on the field as the Lions trainers rushed out onto the field to check him out.
