According to reports, the Detroit Tigers have reinstated RHP Buck Farmer and DFA'd RHP Carson Fulmer in advance of Thursday's game against the Chicago White Sox.
As noted by Evan Woodberry, Fulmer was out of options, so he had to be DFA'd in order to be removed from the Tigers' roster.
