According to reports, Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler has decided to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Heading into the season, Rattler was projected by many to be the No. 1 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft one of the odds on favorites to win the Heisman Trophy.
But after struggling to start the season, Rattler was benched and he is now looking to move on.
