GM candidate Louis Riddick calls out Detroit Lions for failing Matthew Stafford

Though most of the haters have come around over the years, there are still plenty of people who believe Matthew Stafford is part of the problem with the Detroit Lions. Those haters believe the Lions have not won a Super Bowl because of Stafford.

For those of us with an IQ north of 25, it is pretty obvious that Stafford is a franchise quarterback who has not had a Super Bowl-caliber roster around him.

One ESPN analyst who agrees with that notion is Louis Riddick, who made himself very clear on a recent episode of ‘Get Up.’

“The people around Matthew (Stafford) have failed him. Matthew hasn’t failed Detroit. The people around Matthew have failed Detroit.”
