On Sunday afternoon, Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions picked up their second win of the 2022 season when they held on for a 15-9 win over Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. During the win, the Lions intercepted Rodgers three times, all by rookies, and it was apparent that he was extremely frustrated throughout the game. Following the game, Rodgers spoke to reporters, and while doing so, he tossed some disrespect toward the Lions.
What did Jared Goff say about Aaron Rodgers' disrespect?
“We can't lose a game like that against that team,” Rodgers said. “So that's going to hurt for a while,” he said.

On Tuesday, Goff joined the Karsch & Anderson Show on 97.1 The Ticket, and when asked about the comment made by Aaron Rodgers, he said the Lion will “be that team that no one thinks they should lose to, and maybe they do.”
“We’ll be that team that no one thinks they should lose to and maybe they do, who knows,” Goff said Tuesday on the Karsch & Anderson Show.
“I don’t know if he meant it disrespectfully,” said Goff. “I don’t know if that’s the way he was trying to make that come off. But we’ll be that team that no one really wants to lose to all year if that’s the case. It’s fun, we’ll be them.
“They certainly have their own issues they’re figuring out, but it was a good game, a hard-fought game, and I certainly don’t think it was meant to be disrespectful by him.”

When to the Lions and Packers play again?
Unfortunately, we have to wait until the final week of the 2022 season before we get to see Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions lay the smackdown on Aaron Rodgers for a second time.
Until then, the hope is that the Lions can use Sunday's win over the Packers as a springboard toward their Week 10 matchup against the Chicago Bears.
Nation, do you think the Lions can turn things around and string some wins together heading to Thanksgiving Day?
