The Paul Bunyon Trophy will be back in Ann Arbor for another year after the Michigan Wolverines put a hurting on their in-state rivals from Michigan State, a 44-10 romp.
And as such, there was plenty of reaction from local and national media members. Here are just a few of the top reactions:
The Michigan-MSU rivalry has come full circle. As Harbaugh makes his impact, does Dantonio contemplate his exit? My column: https://t.co/ap0S1EMI1x

“Note: The Wolverines only wore their helmets on the field. Seems to work better that way, Spartans, but do y’all.” https://t.co/8KL97l3jIH

Michigan and their fans deserve to celebrate a home win over MSU. Dantonio and the Spartans have done a lot of talking over the years. Pride does comes before the fall. Wolverines still need to beat Indiana on the road and not get embarrassed by Ohio State at the Big House. https://t.co/fuUyjRUdGZ

The "Little Brother" chants are echoing through the big house.

Michigan is the undisputed king of college football in this state again. What means for Wolverines and MSU. https://t.co/AOnuoMuSri My column.

One has been willing to adapt and learn and grow. The other really hasn’t.
On Saturday, it showed.
Michigan’s football program continues to evolve. Michigan State’s continues to crumble. https://t.co/DXYoihQ8AA
