On Wednesday night, the Detroit Lions released their 2019 regular season schedule but according to the NFL Network, that schedule may not be set in stone.
Apparently, there are five games in play for three slots on Saturday, Dec. 21 and the Lions game in Denver against the Broncos is on the list.
As Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press notes in his tweet below, if the Lions vs. Broncos is moved to that Saturday, they would almost certainly play in one of the later games.
Figure the Broncos probably aren't playing an 11 a.m. home game that week, so if Lions-Broncos play Saturday they'd be in one of the later slots.
