The NBA trade deadline is February 23rd and Detroit Pistons guard Reggie Jackson has been a name very heavy in trade rumors over the last few weeks.
The newest rumors involve Jackson getting shipped off to the New Orleans Pelicans, but with the way the tweet is worded, and the recent reports that the Pelicans are in deep discussions to land Philadelphia 76ers big man Jahlil Okafor, it seems as though it was an idea that has came and went.
League source said Pelicans, while weighing numerous options, had internally mulled offering a trade package for Reggie Jackson.

Interesting enough, the Pistons could get involved if the Pelicans and Sixers need a third team to help facilitate the Okafor deal, the obvious question would be, what are they getting in return?
Certainly the fairest deal would be for the Pistons to receive back Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday who is averaging just about 16 points and seven assists per game.
If that were indeed the planned offer, would you jump on it, or ask for more in return?
