Reports indicate the NHL will be returning to ESPN next season

The National Hockey League hasn’t broadcast their games on ESPN since 2004. That could soon be changing.

According to multiple reports, the League is nearing a seven-year pact with ESPN to once again become a media partner:

The $200 million dollar deal from NBC to have exclusive media rights expires after this season.
