Brief:

The 51st Super Bowl will see the high powered offense of the Atlanta Falcons go up against the dynamic duo of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. The Falcons come into Houston with an offense that touts one of the deepest talent pools in Super Bowl history with a roster that includes Devonta Freeman, Taylor Gabriel, Tevin Coleman, Julio Jones, Matt Ryan, and Mohamed Sanu. Matt Ryan, in particular, saw a career rejuvenation in 2016 with other 4900 yards passing and 38 touchdown passes. He has led the Falcons offense to rank 3rd in the NFL in average passing yards per game, 5th in rushing yards per game thanks to Coleman and Freeman, and first in points scored per game at 33.8.

New England, on the other hand, rides the steady arm of Tom Brady and a stout defense that has been commented on excessively this postseason. While Brady has been his prototypical self in 2016, the emergence of LeGarrette Blount has done wonders for New England. The Patriots are riding a nine-game winning streak into Houston where the defense has given up one 20+ point game and held their opponents to an average of 13.3 points per game during that stretch. It seems that best will play against best when Atlanta has the ball at NRG Stadium.
