WHOA! Wife of former player calls out Detroit Lions regarding handling of injuries

The Detroit Lions have had a few black eyes over the years when it comes to injuries and announcements of those injuries. DeAndre Levy came under fire with the whole “will he, won’t he” in 2016, only to find out later he was dealing with a torn meniscus.

And while Jim Caldwell and the rest can tell everyone to just check the injury report, some are making their grievances known with the way the organization handles player injuries.

That would be the wife of former Lion, now New England Patriot OL LaAdrian Waddle. She has a lot more to say on the situation than just the tweet above.

You would think an organization like the Patriots would be the gold standard to follow, but apparently Detroit does things their own way, and it’s a way that is starting to bring some negative press to the Ford family.

Oh, she also took the time to throw a little shade at the team itself…
