Each season, just about every NFL team has big changes to their 53-man roster as free agents leave, and others are signed.
That is no different for the Detroit Lions, who at this moment in time have 25 players on their roster who will become unrestricted free agents following the 2020 season…unless they get a contract extension.
Now, some of these players will certainly be re-signed (or given a contract extension before the 2020 season concludes), but many will be sent packing.
