Signing former Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams would certainly be a risk as he was suspended three games in 2018 for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
That being said, if it comes down to it, Williams is a guy who is worth kicking the tires on to see what he has left in the tank.
In 2018, he only played in three games but prior to that he started 58 of a possible 64 games for the Cowboys from 2014-2017 and contributed nicely.
