Detroit Lions running back Adrian Peterson has a reservation in the NFL Hall of Fame whenever his illustrious career ultimately comes to a close.

But for now, he continues to rack up the stats on the gridiron. And his efforts have earned him a place among some of the greatest names in NFL history.

He joined Emmitt Smith, Marcus Allen, and John Riggins as the only running backs in NFL history to have rushed for 4+ touchdowns in a season over the age of 35:

It won’t be long before Peterson joins them in the Hall.
