Adrian Wojnarowski provides update on injured Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Milwaukee Bucks lost superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo with a hyperextended knee during last night's Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Atlanta Hawks.

Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, an MRI on Antetokounmpo's knee came back negative for structural damage; additionally, tests did not show any damage to his ligaments.

The Eastern Conference Finals is currently tied at 2-2.
