The Milwaukee Bucks lost superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo with a hyperextended knee during last night's Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Atlanta Hawks.
Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, an MRI on Antetokounmpo's knee came back negative for structural damage; additionally, tests did not show any damage to his ligaments.
There is no structural damage to Giannis Antetokounmpo's left knee after his awkward landing last night in Atlanta; ligaments are sound, sources tell @ZachLowe_NBA and me. Timetable to return is unclear.
