Jeffrey Persi plans to play football for the University of Michigan.

According to 247Sports, Persi is a 3-star offensive lineman out of San Juan Capistrano, CA.
It has been an outstanding couple of days for the Wolverines as they have picked up a plethora of commitments for their 2020 class.
