Pretty much nothing has gone right so far this season for the Cincinnati Reds and on Sunday, it got even worse as they did the unthinkable.
That’s right, folks. The Reds just threw a no-hitter yet found a way to lose to the Pittsburgh Pirates by a score of 1-0.
The Pirates scored the only run of the game in the bottom of the 8th inning when Ke’Bryan Hayes grounded into a fielder’s choice, scoring Rodolfo Castro, who was on base after walking earlier in the inning.
In case you were wondering, the Pirates are just the sixth team in MLB history to be no-hit and still win the game

Hunter Greene was the starting pitcher for the Reds and he went 7.1 innings, striking out nine and walking five.
