At this point, nobody other than Jim Harbaugh knows where Jim Harbaugh will coach in 2023. Maybe he will stick around at the University of Michigan, or maybe he will make the decision to leave the Wolverines to head back to the NFL. Of course, for Harbaugh to return to the NFL, an NFL team would have to offer him a job. According to reports, that has not yet happened. But, according to UM President Santa Ono, he and AD Warde Manuel want Harbaugh to stay at Michigan.
How did Jim Harbaugh respond to Santa Ono’s statement?
On Thursday, Ono released the following statement in regard to Harbaugh.
“I pleased to share that I have been having very positive and constructive conversations with our Athletic Director and Football Coach,” Ono tweeted. “Warde Manuel and I both want to see Jim Harbaugh stay as the head football coach of the University of Michigan Wolverines.”
Immediately after Ono tweeted that statement, Harbaugh responded via the Michigan Twitter account.
“I am in full support of President Ono’s message to our fans and appreciate his support for me and the team,” Harbaugh said.
Nation, where do you think Harbaugh coaches in 2023? Do you think we will ever have an offseason without Harbaugh to the NFL rumors?
