JUST IN: Detroit Tigers release lineup for second game vs. Indians

The Detroit Tigers will look to bounce back from an 8-2 loss to the Cleveland Indians when they host the same team at Comerica Park at 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday.

Here is today’s starting lineup and as you can see, Jeimer Candelario, Mikie Mahtook, and Grayson Greiner are getting a day off (at least to start the game). Instead, Gordan Beckham (3B), Dustin Peterson (CF), and John Hicks (C) will get the nod.

On the mound for the Tigers will be Matthew Boyd, who is averaging 11.5 strikeouts through his first two starts of the 2019 campaign.
