Matt Patricia has message for Detroit Lions’ fans following loss to Packers/Officials

The bottom line is that the Detroit Lions lost and they now have their work cut out for them if they want to climb out of the NFC North basement and earn a playoff berth.

That being said, anyone with a brain realizes the Lions were not only playing against the Green Bay Packers on Monday night, but they were also playing against the incompetent officials.

On multiple occasions, the officials either called a bad penalty against the Lions or completely miss obvious penalties that should have been called against the Packers.

On Tuesday, Lions head coach Matt Patricia spoke to the media and he had a message for fans.

“Love our fan base, love their passion, appreciate it. We're going to work…just like this city, like this state, we're going to be tough. In the end, toughness is going to prevail,” Patricia said.

Damn right, coach! LET'S GET IT!
