It has been a very difficult season for Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions. Not only has Stafford had his struggles on the field but he has also had struggles off of the field, including being isolated after coming into contact with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19.
But despite all of that, Stafford and the Lions will take the field on Thanksgiving Day against the Houston Texans as they hope to pick up a win.
Stafford recently sat down (virtually) with former Lions receiver Nate Burleson and he discussed being a father of four little girls, his wife Kelly, and social justice. Then, near the end of the video, Stafford was asked if he had a message for the fans.
Check it out.
