Since the publishing of this article, the Savannah Gators announced on Facebook that they have removed the coach who punched the player on the 9U team from his duties. The Gators also apologized to Latisha Jones, who is the mother of the player who was punched multiple times.

This coach must be banned from sports for the rest of his life. His assistant coaches did nothing to prevent further beating on the kid so these assistant coaches must remove also. This guy needs to be arrested right away and charged with Assault and Battery!!! The kids family should Wake the fuck up and start a Lawsuit ASAP!!!!
