Report: Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford may miss game vs. Bears

Uh oh!

According to a report from Ian Rapoport, there is a concern about the status of Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford, who is listed as questionable with injuries to his hip and back. Rapoport notes that Stafford could be a real game-time decision on Sunday.

Knowing Matthew Stafford, who has started 136 straight games, we would be shocked if he misses tomorrow’s must-win game vs. the Chicago Bears.

Stafford has been in the injury report for the past month or so with a hip injury, but this week’s report also includes his back as a problem. He has said it is a new injury and it is not related to the back injury he dealt with at the end of last season and earlier this season.
