Reporter does not realize he is interviewing Adrian Peterson about road rage [Video]

I have to admit, I have a sickness that revolves around not being able to stay off social media, especially Twitter. Because of that, there are very few things I miss but in this instance, I was shocked I had never seen this video of Detroit Lions RB Adrian Peterson before.

The video is from 2017 and it features Peterson being interviewed by a Houston reporter about the topic of road rage. The reporter goes through the entire interview and Peterson obliges by answering his questions.

Then the interview concludes and the reporter (who clearly does not know who he is talking to) asks Peterson what his name is and the fun begins!

Check it out.

REPORT: 16 MICHIGAN HS FOOTBALL GAMES CANCELLED OR PUT IN LIMBO DUE TO COVID-19

According to a report from the Detroit Free Press, this week’s matchup between Ann Arbor Huron and Ypsilanti has been canceled due to a AA Huron player testing positive for COVID-19.

With this game being canceled, the Free Press is reporting that 16 games have either been canceled or put in limbo this week because of COVID-19 or lower player numbers.

From Detroit Free Press:

“We just had an athlete test positive for COVID and we’re going into full team quarantine for 14 days and we have to miss the next two weeks,” Huron athletic director Tony Whiren said. “Washtenaw County Health has contacted our varsity players and coaches that need to be contacted, and there’s been a thorough investigation by the COVID investigators, and this is their recommendation.”

According to the MHSAA website, 16 games around the state have been canceled or put in limbo this week because of COVID-19 or low player availability numbers. In Week 3, 20 games were canceled including another Ann Arbor-area school: Father Gabriel Richard, which played its first two dates, but had to shut down the next two weeks because of COVID-19 concerns. The school won’t play again until Oct. 17.

Nation, do you think it is safe for high school students to be participating in football games?
