If you are a fan of the Detroit Lions, you may want to sit down for this one.
Now, let me be clear that this is 100% a rumor at this point but it is certainly something to pay attention to, especially considering what some of the current odds have been saying.
According to the rumor, the Lions may have offered Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh a “big time” John Gruden-like contract to leave the Wolverines.

Now, let me be clear that I still believe Harbaugh will remain at Michigan but the most up to date odds from FanDuel give Harbaugh (+450) the third-best odds to land the Lions job. Roughly three weeks ago, those odds listed Harbaugh as the favorite to become the Lions’ next head coach.

I will honestly be pissed as hell. Harbaugh is on the same level as Patricia. I don’t wanna hear this shit about how he got to three NFC championships or got to the SB. That was the 49ers D, most of which were Singletary’s guys who were finally coming into their own Harbaugh just reaped the benefits.

In his one Super Bowl, Harbaugh trailed the Ravens by less than a TD, late in the 4th quarter. He had 1st and goal with the clock winding down. He needed to punch it in for the win, leaving too little time for the Ravens to answer. At the time, he had the best running QB in the NFL and he called 4 straight pass plays. He lost.
Against Michigan State in 2017, he had a lead with only seconds on the clock and lined up to punt. Michigan State put all 11 players on the line of scrimmage, a formation from which a return would be impossible. But he sent 4 guys downfield to cover a return by a returner who wasn’t back there. All 11 guys rushed the punter, got the block, and a recovery that was taken to the house. He lost.
Harbaugh blows. If the Lions want to continue you underachieving, Harbaugh is your man

Please do it. Take him away from the Wolverines. I want to see them win again. As for him going to the Lions, it does not matter who they bring in. Owners have never cared about winning.
